Emi Hemeyer is presently a world traveler, formerly an art instructor/
children's art camp directer, and gallery directer of the Blue Shag Gallery
in Columbia, MO. Current galleries/ shops include: Columbia
Art League, Maude
Vintage and the Arsenic Leopard. Emi founded her design label, Ragamuffin,
in the Fall of 02. She has recieved formal training in Fibers and Photography
(University of Missouri/Columbia College). Emi is currently working in
mixed media, scultpure, and performance, creating a body of work that
encompasses decomposition and the human experience. Professional affiliations
include: Garage Art, Big-Haul, and Columbia
Art League. Emi's next location: Aegean Center for the Arts on Paros,
